ETHNOPRO PEST MANAGEMENT SDN BHD was incorporated on 4th October 2011 via Certificate of Incorporation No: 962690-T. The company was formed to cater for the needs of the Pest Management market and Fumigation potential in Malaysia. It is envisaged that with the improved standard of living and lifestyle the need for a best practice Pest Management system among Malaysians. The potential market and the rapid growth in the Pest Control industry speak of the prospects and potentials.
Ethnopro Pest Management have available a wide range of specialized chemical and equipment’s for carrying out efficient pest control jobs. All chemicals and preparations used are fully approved by the RELEVANT GOVERNMENT bodies of Malaysia. These chemicals are produced for – Public Health by reputable companies that are among the world’s largest chemical company with enormous research, production and marketing resources
All normal corporate policies and decisions will be formulated by the Company's Board of Directors. The Board is thus charged with the responsibility in achieving the objectives of the Company.
The directors and individuals who run the company have a combined experience of more than 15 years of extensive experience in Pest Management and fumigation services. The executive members and other senior staff had provided pest control services at Hotels & Resorts, Banks & financial institutions, Restaurants, Commercial buildings including Government projects and a host of others. The company had also provided services for many fast-growing from small to midsize companies throughout the country.

En. Azizan Jaafar is the founder of Ethnopro Pest Management Sdn Bhd and started the business in 2011. He served as the Marketing and Technical Manager. He has been involved in the Pest Control Industry since 1999. With his 13 years of wide experience and technical expertise in the Pest Control industry, he is responsible for the development of new business and fumigation projects both in the commercial and government sectors. He has vast working experience in commercial marketing, agriculture and field.
En. Azizan B. Jaafar, was involved in the Pest Control Industry since 1999 where he was employed by PEST DYNAMICS (M) SDN BHD as Senior Operation Manager, he has been actively involved in the Operations and Services Department for more than 12 years. He was responsible for the Quality and standards of Pest Control treatment rendered to Customers, Training and development of the pest control skills for Pest Control Technicians.
He was primarily responsible for the overall planning and supervision of the Pest Management Services. With his wide experience and technical expertise in the Pest Control industry he is well versed to provide marketing serv¬ices. He is familiar with various aspects of the Pest Control treatment and fumigation work having been involved in the Major Fumigation projects such SIME DARBY Soil fumigation, Warehouse & Factory and Ships Fumigation etc.
En. Azizan Jaafar graduated from the Agriculture Institute (IPSM), Titi Gantung Perak in 1997 with special training in the field of Agriculture. He has undergone a specialized course on Fumigation in 2003 and successfully sat for an examination to qualify as a Licensed Fumigator by the Ministry Of Health Malaysia in 2003. He has been actively involved in the setting up ETHNOPRO PEST MANAGEMENT SDN BHD which is a 100 % local company.
En. Mohammad Shiraz is a certified Pesticide Applicator (PAL) by the Pesticide Board of Malaysia and is a graduate from University Teknologi Mara in 2004 with a Diploma in Town Planning. He started to get involved in the Pest Control Industry since 2004 where he was employed by ENVIROCON PEST MANAGEMENT SDN BHD as a Supervisor. After 2 years of experience with ENVIROCON PEST MANAGEMENT SDN BHD, he was employed by PEST DYNAMICS (M) SDN BHD as the Operation Executive. Due to his track record and job commitment, he was promoted as the ASST. OPERATION MANAGER, responsible for the Quality and standards of Pest Control treatment rendered to Customers, Training and development of the pest control skills for Pest Control Technicians.
As a Executive Director of Ethnopro Pest Management Sdn Bhd En. Mohd Shiraz is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations of the company pest control services with the following objectives:-
